Refund Policy

1. Publication Fee Refunds:

   • Once an article has been submitted and the publication fee has been paid, it is generally non-refundable.
   • Refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors in the payment process or if the submitted article is not accepted for publication.

2. Refund Request Process:

   • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Journal's editorial office.
   • Refund requests should include a detailed explanation of the circumstances leading to the request.
   • The editorial office will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. Exceptional Circumstances:

   • In cases where a submitted article is not accepted for publication, the publication fee may be refunded.
   • Refunds for exceptional circumstances will be considered at the discretion of the editorial office.

4. Technical Errors:

   • If there is a technical error in the payment process resulting in overpayment, the excess amount may be refunded.
   • The Journal will investigate and rectify technical errors promptly.

5. No Refunds for Published Articles:

   • Once an article has been published in the Journal, publication fees are non-refundable.
   • In cases where an article is retracted, the Journal may consider refunds based on the circumstances surrounding the retraction.
