The Liberal Journal of Management & Social Science (LJMSS) aims to provide a scholarly platform for the publication and dissemination of original, rigorous, and theoretically and empirically grounded research in management and social sciences. The journal seeks to advance knowledge by promoting high-quality research that addresses contemporary organizational, economic, social, educational, institutional, and policy-related issues at local, national, and international levels.

The journal is committed to maintaining academic integrity, methodological rigor, transparency, and a robust peer-review process. It seeks to connect researchers, academics, and practitioners by publishing research that contributes meaningful theoretical, methodological, and practical insights to management and social science scholarship.

Objectives

The objectives of the journal are to:

  1. Publish high-quality original research in management, business, and relevant areas of social sciences based on sound theoretical frameworks and appropriate research methodologies.
  2. Advance management scholarship by encouraging research in areas such as organizational behavior, human resource management, strategic management, leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, operations management, and related fields.
  3. Promote social science research addressing contemporary issues in sociology, economics, political science, psychology, communication, development studies, public administration, and related disciplines.
  4. Encourage evidence-based research that provides practical and policy-relevant insights for organizations, institutions, communities, and policymakers.
  5. Support interdisciplinary research only where the study has a clear and substantive connection with management, organizational studies, or social science theory and practice.
  6. Provide a forum for research on emerging issues such as digital transformation, sustainable development, organizational change, social and economic development, innovation, globalization, and technology-driven changes in society and organizations.
  7. Promote methodological diversity and rigor by welcoming appropriately designed quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, theoretical, and review studies that meet recognized academic standards.
  8. Facilitate scholarly dialogue among researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers by disseminating research findings relevant to management and social development.

Acceptance is not based on payment of any fee; publication decisions are made independently of financial considerations.
