Peer Review Policy

  1. Objective: The Liberal Journal of Management & Social Science is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity and scholarly rigor. The peer review process is an essential component of ensuring the quality and credibility of the research published in our journal.

  2. Types of Submissions: The journal welcomes submissions in the fields of management and social science, including but not limited to business management, organizational behavior, economics, sociology, psychology, and related interdisciplinary studies.

  3. Peer Review Process: All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. The review process is managed by the Editorial Board, which consists of experts in the relevant fields. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process.

  4. Selection of Reviewers: Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and experience in the subject matter of the manuscript. The Editorial Board ensures that reviewers have no conflicts of interest with the authors and are capable of providing constructive feedback.
